HOW WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Social responsibility is the ethical commitment of individuals and organizations to contribute positively to society. It recognizes that our actions should benefit the broader community, striking a balance between economic growth, social well-being, and environmental sustainability.

At Prodigious, we have carefully chosen a select group of beneficiaries that resonate deeply with our values. Through supporting these causes, we aim to make a meaningful impact—not just within our industry, but also within our community, society, and the environment at large.

Our chosen beneficiaries include:

The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is aimed at saving lives at sea and operates from over 30 bases around the coast of South Africa. The heartbeat of the organisation is its 1000+ skillful, experienced and unpaid volunteers, who are on standby throughout the year, day and night. The NSRI relies solely on donations and sponsorships to cover the costs involved in operations and training. This is a cause that lies close to our heart and as such, Prodigious supports the organisation by means of financial contributions in order for them to continue to do the very important work they do. Please visit their website at www.nsri.org.za to find out how you can contribute to the organisation that might someday save your life, or the life of a loved one.
The NSPCA is a non-profit organization and has been protecting our country’s animals since 1955. They prevent cruelty, promote kindness and alleviate the suffering of animals. Their objective is to serve and protect ALL animals, to uplift their welfare and to ensure that the protection they have under South African law is upheld and respected. The mission of the NSPCA is to prevent cruelty and promote the welfare of all animals, whilst our vision is to end animal cruelty In South Africa and engender compassion for all animals. At Prodigious, we are animal lovers and believe in doing our part to help protect animals great and small, not in as a business, but in our private capacities as well.
